Next Trip benefits from the a full line up of travel related programming on Next 1 Network. Through incentive offers “crawling” on lower thirds of the television screen, this programming engages viewers to visit the Travel Video on Demand section where they can transact or request information about special offers. This offer is targeted across multiple platforms (TV, Video on Demand, Web, Mobile) allowing viewers to obtain more information. Next 1 Realty - Real Estate Video on Demand Channel - Next 1 Realty has taken a quantum leap in local real estate marketing launch Home Tour Networks with Real Biz Media to create a platform for Real Estate Video On-Demand. Home Tour Network (HTN) is a new channel launched by the company October 3, 2011 in 5 cities with Cox Communications.
Home Tour Network recently launched in: San Diego, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Hartford and Providence and is targeting expansion into 120 cities over the next 18 months. When complete, the network will allow prospective home buyers (in more than 27 million digital cable homes), to view thousands of in-market real estate listings on Cox and other cable platforms. With direct reach to over 35,000 real estate agent desktops (through exclusive partnership with RealBiz media (2nd largest Virtual Tour company in the US), HTN has begun promotion of this exclusive new program for Real Estate VOD TV products bundled with web services.
